Where are your products made ?

• All creations are handmade in my atelier in Amorgos, a small Cycladic island. I made every creation slowly with time and intention. No machines, no mass production.

What materials do you use, and are they eco-friendly ?

• I mostly work with recycled cotton yarn and try to choose natural fibers whenever possible. Most of the yarn I use is OEKO-TEX certified, it is gentle and safe. The stuffing for my sea animals is made with GOTS-certified organic cotton. 
• I also love to bring the island into my creations. Sometimes you will find driftwood, seashells or other natural treasures collected over the years. 

What makes your product sustainable ?

• I focus on using recycled cotton yarn and certified materials. Some pieces are made from leftover yarn so nothing goes to waste. Other creations include upcycled elements like fabric turned into scrunchies and straps for bags. I also reuse materials for my packaging such as old newspapers. 
• Each item is designed to be durable and long-lasting so you can enjoy it for years.

Can I customize a piece ? 

• Absolutely ! If you see something you love but in a colour not available on the site, or if you have another idea, just contact me. I’m happy to create a custom piece in the colour or style you wish.
• I also love hearing your creative ideas, so feel free to submit any concept and we’ll see what magic we can make together.

How do I take care of my crochet items ? 

• Hand wash in cold water with mild soap
• Rinse well and gently squeeze (do not twist)
• Dry flat in the shade
• Metallic parts: ensure completly dry
• Do not put in the machine washing and dryer

Bonus tip: to keep your piece looking beautiful longer, use a fabric water-repellent spray. It helps protect against dust and stains. 

How long does it take for my order to be shipped and delivered ? 

Orders are shipped every Monday from my small island. Shipping may take a little longer than what you are used to, but here’s what to expect:

• Greece: 4-7 days
• Europe: 2 weeks 
• International: 2-3 weeks

Do you accept returns ? 

I do accept returns (except for customized items). 

• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense
